In a new study among 485 men & women (all of them with high blood pressure), 56% use to drink one to two cups of coffee every day, 33% people hasn’t been drinking coffee at all, and 11% of the participants drank three or more cup of coffee each day.
It was found that the people, who drank one to two cups a day, had 25% greater elasticity in major blood vessels than the participants who don’t drink coffee. And five times greater than the people who drink 3 or more cups a day.
The study shows that consumption of coffee in a moderate amount is helpful for human health.

Coffee is filled with essential compounds, including flavanoids, niacin, potassium, magnesium and vitamin E.

9. Too much coffee can cause insomnia
